On my initial appointment I was greeted warmly and my stylist was easy going. I had asked for a balayage and was initially dissatisfied with the toner colour and the level of bleach applied my hair. This was quickly changed with no additional fees, but as I left the salon after the change I was left still feeling unhappy. I called back the next day and was told I would be eligible for a correction free of charge as my hair did not resemble a balayage dye.
I returned to the salon two days later and was seen by another stylist who corrected the colour. The results are amazing and I was so happy that it could be fixed.
Overall, the service has been astounding and the professionalism amazing. Cannot fault them at all even after initially feeling dissatisfied. They took on my concerns with genuine empathy and dealt with me as a valued customer.
I have already gone back again for my kids haircut!

The young girl who washed my hair did the most wonderful head massage. This as been proberly about my 8th visit in the pasted 2 years and as per usual I love my hair cut.
