I have been visiting this shop for a few years now and have always been completely happy with everything,,,,, last month i complained about something minor ( nothing that would stop me going to this hairdresser),,, yesterday I again went to have my hair done and was pleasantly surprised, my hair as always was done to its best by Sarah and Alex and the Manager Rafiq had told the staff not to charge me. I found this such a wonderful and kind thing to do as I was not wanting or expecting this,,, I would recommend this hairdresser and staff to anyone, I would also like to add if you do have any comments ( negative or positive) to always share with the staff there as it’s always welcome in a very professional manner,,,, Thankyou Rafiq
