Lovely atmosphere in the salon and everyone was smiley and friendly. Paula was absolutely amazing. She understand exactly what I wanted. Really lovely and chatty. Made me feel really comfortable. Loved the haircut! That really made it 5*. Thanks for a lovely experience

Sarah is such a precise hairdresser never ceases to amaze me how she can transform my hair and i live in australia so its a long way to come but worth it!!

My stylist was fantastic but I found the manger over powering.. having to move mid chair mid hair cut ! really ? your displays are more important than your paying customers experience! I don't be going back due to the which is a shame as my hair looks lovely...
