Very disappointed. I showed Mari a picture of the desired haircut but the result looked nothing like it. When I tried to explain or give feedback, communication was difficult as her English is limited. Instead of a men haircut I got an old woman style haircut :/
Finally, She didn’t trim my sideburns, leaving one side unfinished ( I only realised when I came home and I had to visit another hairdresser to fix the mess)

Always love getting my hair done here, Simone is second to none when it comes to hair colour, will advise on colour dependant on my hair health and what we can achieve with what I want, my hair always looks so amazing after coming here!

The vibe was kind of off, the only one smiling was me and my sweatshirt got bleached which i saw once i came back home. I wasnt asked to take it off or anything and the highlights are not really blending in my hair but well, was okay overall. I felt like i had to encourage the hairdresser otherwise she seemed a bit demotivated and upset. Not an exceptional service but okay.
