The girl who did it previously had left so Simone was recommended. From the start she seemed disinterested to hear what i was looking for and discuss the images i had prepared. I said repeatedly i wanted a blunt bob, no layers. Disaster from the start and she just cut as she wanted then got really rude when I stopped her as it was looking so old fashioned. She told me I didnt know what I wanted. Another stylist kindly stepped in and tried to fix it. I was literally in tears.

I ended up with a different colour all over which is not unpleasant, instead of just roots.
