1st time bleaching experience was okay. Shampoo wasn't properly washed out so I had a bit of dried dye on my scalp. The second time I went, it was a better experience. I was treated by Tatiana and she was very careful and gentle with my hair, which I'm happy about because my scalp is super sensitive. She also listened to my my instructions on the way I wanted hair blow dried. Thank you :)

My hair was in a mess. It had been badly cut. My stylist took a look and after a little chat knew exactly what to do. The haircut was brilliant. I was delighted. I am happy to highly recommend this hairdressers and will definitely be visiting again.

I explained the hairdresser 3 times what I want. Every time she said yes but the end result was what I specifically said I don’t want: a straight haircut where she cut 5-10cm of my length. In the end when I expressed my unhappiness of the result the hairdresser simply said she could not do layers on my length after cutting off 5-10cm. Seriously? The most awful service received on my expense. I ended up being charged £35 for a dry haircut. No restyle or anything fancy just a blunt haircut for £35
