Even though I showed pics of the hair I wanted and the stylist confirmed it all back to me, its BAD. I asked for hair to my collarbone, it's at my chin. I asked for curtain fringe and reminded him, but they are barely there. I didnt ask again as he clearly didn't know how to do it and I didn't trust the stylists skills.
Hair washer got water down my clothes. Stylist lent scissors against my neck. Zero social distancing. No staff wearing masks correctly.
I arrived excited and left disappointed.
