While at the salon, a woman having her hair done fainted and began to suffer a seizure. Tila calmly paused working with me and tended to this woman. Despite the challenge of this situation, Tila returned to working with me and managed to give me the most amazing nails and nail art. Friendly, professional, kind, talented... I've been telling all my friends of her skills.

I requested to don’t have red reflex but once I went home my friends told me I have red shades and it wasn’t what I asked as I wanted to be back to my natural colour. The haircut was perfect but my colour request hasn’t been followed

I have had an average haircut here, my hairdresser is nice but needs to improve on her customer service. She didn’t really listen to what I ask for and was causally taking pictures of my hair with her phone without telling me what they’re for. I really don’t feel comfortable about that and will be very unlikely to visit the place again.
