They changed the prices after my booking and the hairdresser insisted that Ipay the new price until the manager had to step in and defend me. And then she embarrassed me by loudly saying "you really think you dont need a haircut?" So rude. If I dont want a haircut why should I be spoken to like this. Horrible manners from the hairdresser. She thinks she can speak to customers how she likes.and blowdry was meak didnt even stay a day long.
