Lily cut half of the front of my hair where I have asked for 1cm only!!! IM SO MUCH FRUSTRATED honestly go to somewhere more expensive because I can pay 200 now & to have my hair back

Can I just say I was completely mesmerised by Irena’s knowledge and felt so special that she’s a fully qualified doctor in dermatology.
She instantly knew what my skin was like and she knew I had eczema, instantly she worked up a plan for my skin as I’ve got a lot of pigmentation.
She’s defiantly an asset for the company, people pay a lot of money to see qualified dermatologists and I will defiantly be rebooking with Irena.
