In terms of the salon - HORRIBLE!!
The conditions are the worst I ever met in London!
Firstly, let me explain the fact that the salon is “divided” in two salons actually. One is used for nails and hair treatments, and the other is used for Eyebrow threading and hair again. Me, as a customer who got her nails done+ eyebrow threading, I had to go from a salon to another ( even if outside is raining).
The second salon looks horrible - dirty towels on the floor, dust everywhere, smells really bad and it’s EXTREMELY COLD! Trust me I was freezing there! Plus, there is a small space on top of the door completely uncovered - the cold is coming in from that part!! And I know all the employees specified to the owner how cold is there and he didn’t do anything regarding this!
The treatment table in the salon has a dirty blanket on it and the customers have to sit over there!
The bathroom in the main salon doesn’t even have some paper towels for the hands!
The louvers on the windows have a lot of stains and the customers can see that!
I’m pretty sure the customers are giving 4-5 starts for the services coming from the employees, not for the conditions, as the conditions are deplorable!
