Very quiet and limited English so it was a bit difficult communicating what I wanted ti her. She was polite nonetheless. Limited nail colours. Overall I didn't like my nails. She cut it too short and the hard gel was too thick and not well shaped. In all I wouldn't return.

Another great appointment with Tatiana. Love the way she looks after my hair. Recently had my first professional colour done in over 20 years; have been dark and home coloured and decided to go lighter. Absolutely love it she works like a dream. Will definitely go back to get more highlights soon. Would highly recommend Snip ‘N’ Shape and definitely Tatiana.

Booked eyebrow threading, but was just plucking. No shape given, basically the same quality I could have done at home.
No headrest which really hurt my neck, no cooling gel afterwards.
Have tried to contact the salon directly and all my messages, emails and calls bounce.
