Everyone there was nice and friendly i felt very comfortable. Dana had done my sisters hair too and it came out beautiful so of course my results were amazing ,i tried something i’ve never done and was a little nervous but loved it !

Had a gel mani but was left with smudged varnish on a few nails. The top coat also had leftover glitter in it so was left with random glitter which I wasn’t very happy with. I did mention this during the manicure but it was brushed off. This was for a wedding where I was a bridesmaid so wanted them to be particularly nice. Beauty therapist seemed nice enough but she didn’t seem to be bothered about the poor job. Sure it’s a cheap mani but I’ve had better manis for less.

I have send this salon numerous times and find the stylist listen to my wishes and advise me based on their knowledge and not to appease. The cost is great compared to other salons locally and I always feel welcomed. It was my first time with Simone, who I will use going forward. I had to have double bleaching to remove some colours that wouldn't budge. The pale blond toner was what I wanted and the blunt cut bob was perfect!
