It was annoying that I had struggled to be on time only to discover that the stylist wasn’t there, and had another client already there. Nobody apologised about the muddle and I felt very worthless. A pity as I believe this stylist is good at cutting hair.

The haircut was done poorly for my son. Was patchy had to ask her to correct it. She didn't seem to understand the cut I wanted for him. She cut a slice of skin out of the top of his hair with scissors, she put a cotton wool on it, didn't clean with anything. I assumed it was a slight cut but was dripping in blood when I got to the car. It wouldn't stop bleeding the whole day and the haircut was in the morning. She didn't overall seem enthusiastic about cutting kids hairs and seemed to be annoyed
