It's the first time in a while since my last haircut. I wanted just a trim to get rid off split ends and dry ends, but ended up leaving with almost the same amount of split ends as before my visit. Not very happy.

Unfortunately this wasn’t a great experience for me, I think I caught my hairdresser on a bad day. She appeared to be in a rush from the moment I arrived, I felt rather uncomfortable and left with barely a haircut let alone what I asked for. I won’t be returning sadly.
