Tatiana was very friendly and professional at the same time. She immediately understood what I would like to do with my hair and even suggested some better ideas due to her experience. I was very happy with the end result. She has really good recommendations but without applying pressure to follow them but let you think about it which I appreciated. I would highly recommend.
