First thing - the lady was nice,she offered me a water but about the job….I am really disappointed about not using gloves,not using sanitised tools (she bring a simple personal kit).Really unprofessional work. My nails looks like I’ve done it 2 weeks ago. She was keep asking if everything is fine ,which showed me she’s not confident! For sure am not gonna book again with her! Sorry but for me that’s unacceptable. No hygiene at all!Do not waste your money! :)

Surprised to have shellac pedicure removed with only a regular emery board. Nails left with product on them and in poor condition. Skin around two toenails damaged by emery board. Asked if spoke Russian or Romanian (I don’t) so communication difficult. Really poor service
