Went for a balayage, wash, cut and blow dry private room. Dana was my stylist, she was lovely. She was helpful and took her time with me, she was gentle washing my hair and throughout. I was happy with the end result and hair feels good.
Moans would be that olaplex did not come as part of the balayage treatment. I asked for it to be added with developer for extra £35 ontop of balayage treatment. balayage price came with blow dry but didnt need it but wasnt taken off bill. Paid more than expected

Very quiet and limited English so it was a bit difficult communicating what I wanted ti her. She was polite nonetheless. Limited nail colours. Overall I didn't like my nails. She cut it too short and the hard gel was too thick and not well shaped. In all I wouldn't return.
