There is no communication and your choices aren’t taken into account so they will just cut and style your hair even though I made it very clear what I wanted and confirmed they knew this. There should also be an interpreter as the stylist couldn’t speak or understand any English (this is no fault of theirs and need the right support) and therefore both cut and styled my hair incorrectly. Poor experience and a really shoddy haircut I wouldn’t recommend this place at all.
