Asia was fab. Explained my fears as hadn't been to a hair dresser for over 2 years due to terrible experience at another salon. She made me feel relaxed and constantly checked in to make sure I was OK and happy with everything. She has restored my faith in haordressers.

I was not happy with my service as I booked a facial massage and what I got was 4 mask on my face and than left for around 10-15 mins each time there was no proper facial or effort made the girl was busy doing her make up while I lay with mask than her phone rang and she took the call, right at the end I got around 5 mins dry face massage, when I questioned Amina I thought it’s a face massage she said we have to clean first, I made a complaint and was told the boss will call me am still waiting
