Absolutely loved my hair, Simone created a wonderful colour and cut for me, he managed to keep my length despite previous damage done and styled it wonderfully! Definitely recommend!

I’m a regular client and I usually have a very good experience with the regular wax therapist (never had such amazing eyebrows before!) Amina.
This time I had a different therapist and:
1. the waxing was very painful
2. left me with proper skin burns from skin behind take off.
3. Overall the room was less comfortable/ clean than usual and I didn’t feel looked after nor comfortable/ at ease.
Very disappointed with a service that is usually very good.
