The colour applied did not match my root colour. Its a lot darker, only noticed once it was dried. The colour was left on for too long, as all stylists were busy and no-one to wash it off when it should have been. I feel my appointment was squeezed in. The lady who cut my hair was very quick, felt rushed hair cut, when I questioned the sides of my hair she said ‘it looks fine to me’. Which is not the response I was looking for.

I’m very picky with my hair and I get anxious going to new places however the salon and staff were very welcoming and once my hair was completed I left a happy customer ! Would recommend booking.
