As always Simone discussed my colour options and as I was going dark after years of being a highlighted blond, he suggested a few highlights to soften the impact of going brown.
The hair cut is as always a precise modern bob.
I have used Simone for a number of years and find the salon staff and owner friendly and welcoming.

Didn't like the old blanket on the waxing table I needed to lay on, when was this last washed? I didn't like the little bugs on the walls and surfaces, what are they? there was also hair left after waxing. I did like the staff member who was kind and made me feel comfortable.
