I wanted a big bouncy blow dry and I got a limp blow dry, using the smallest brush possible
Extremely disappointing as this was a practice for a future upcoming event.
Will not be returning

I had my roots done, inc wash cut & blow dry,which appeared to be fine initially.
The colour came off around the temple areas after a few days, I called the salon to ask for them to advise/ offer help....initially he was saying that it's normal, to which I explained that when I've coloured my hair roots at home, it usually takes about 2 to 3 weeks for the roots to come through.
Simone agreed to redo the roots, he only rinsed my hair instead of washing it, dried, it cost me £80, not happy

This was my first time here - I was made to feel welcome ElenaH was lovely - her attention to detail was very good - she made an excellent job - I was very impressed that I am coming back again next week for ElenaH to colour my hair

The treatment left my hair feeling really soft and healthy. Amina did a great job cutting my hair exactly how I wanted it and gave me the perfect wavy blowdry! I definitely recommend ◡̈
