Māori was late for the appointment and barely spoke to me. She was very grumpy throughout. I like the way she cuts my hair but her social skills were non existent. Didn’t even say goodbye or say thanks for the tip.

Lovely booking! So accommodating to my needs and comforting! Got a tea made as I entered the salon, taken to the private room, head massaged and I could tell Mari really paid attention to my hair and gave me such a luscious blow dry! She’s fab! I truly recommend her! X
