The owner of the salon is a thief since he refused to give me my money back after I paid my hair services in advance and at the day of the appointment the hairdresser talk me through different style so I basically overpaid and he said over the phone that he paid some fee to Treatwell and thats why he cant give me refund. I am paying customer and I dont see why would I pay for service like highlights if they said that they dont recommend them. Really shocked by his unprofessional behaviour.
