I had a wash trim (from shoulder length to shoulder length) and blow dry.
Washing of hair was very poor, very fast and inefficient. No offer of treatments, no conditioner nor scalp massage.
Repeatedly raised drying temperature to burning point despite having agreed to lowering it down.
No showing the back of the hair or asking if the result was ok.
Unknowingly to me they only charge per package but
incapable to give me a breakdown of what the price was for.
Otherwise pleasant enough people.
