This was my first time visiting. The young gentleman at reception when I arrived was lovely and very smiley. Mira was professional and cut my hair really well. I will be definitely back.

Turned up and they said they couldn’t provide the service I paid for. The manager then called me up later to have a go at me on the phone because he’s lost out on money. I paid for something and didn’t get anything.
