Turned up and they said they couldn’t provide the service I paid for. The manager then called me up later to have a go at me on the phone because he’s lost out on money. I paid for something and didn’t get anything.

Was delighted that you could fit me in at short notice, & then went earlier still as I was unexpectedly free earlier. It was a lovely job done on my head, & I went out feeling so much better than when I came in!
