I left such a poor review because I didn't actually get any service. When I arrived, a woman who was not my stylist took one look at my hair and said "Oh, I don't do short hair. The person who does short hair just left because she's sick. Do you want to come back tomorrow?" I had traveled 45 minutes to get to that appointment. I did not want to go back the next day.

The stylish was good. I have been there before couple of times ....after a bad experience in another saloon. She listen to !. But the whole time she was styling /cutting my hair she was on her mobile phone...speaking to somebody in her own language. I didn't mind bcs she said its another customer. But I booked another appointment with this saloon . I was all ready and leaving the house when my appointment was cancelled via email. (2 hours before). I wont be going there anymore.

We had some communication issues in the beginning but I'm happy with the result (after the toner washed out a bit) and the highlights. The stylist is friendly and was thorough. I have long hair so it took quite some time.
