The actual facial was great and the lady was lovely, but as the beds are partitioned by curtains you can hear everyone else. When I was there there happened to be two girls doing their nails and talking very loudly throughout - not their fault but maybe not the best arrangement as it quite hard to properly relax when hearing other people's life stories. It may not be like this every time though.

The staff were extremely welcoming especially when they realised it was my first visit. Everything was clearly explained to me. My therapist asked me for my preferences for the facial - more time on massage or extraction- which I liked. The place looked clean and professional. Would definitely recommend to my friends.

Cucumba definitely wasn't the cleanest or nicest place to go but the wax was fantastic. The girl was nice, professional, quick, and did a great job. I would definitely go back.
