The staff were friendly and I was offered a drink as soon as I walked in. I didn't have to wait long to be seen and the therapist was very welcoming so I felt relaxed straight away. I was able to choose the colour of my varnish from a wide selection and was not rushed. The therapist did a really good job of my nails and i'm really pleased with them

I really enjoyed y facial and it one of the best back massages with it I have ever had at a facial. My only criticism is that the atmosphere is not that relaxing as there are no room but the booth is only divided by a curtain. Also there is no running water in the booth so the therapist had to wash my face with water in a bowl.
