It was a great experience although i found the facial a bit superficial. The therapist was very nice and explained every step of the way. The neck massage was super relaxing - I was afraid I would fall asleep (which i think I did....)

Was a male masseuse (who was really good) but it made me uncomfortable and I think I should have been told in advance
