I don't understand why this place has so many good reviews. It's overpriced and no better than much cheaper places elsewhere who do an excellent job. I wanted a simple file and polish and this was done so badly. The polish was uneven, not smooth and streaky. She put 5 layers of polish on one nail when I complained! Which I knew would NEVER dry properly. Even the filing wasn't done neatly. The lighting in this place is terrible and I can't understand why they don't have manicure tables like normal nail salons I've been to. Instead you rest your hand on their lap which is so uneven and awkward - why not have a flat surface with a light to make it easier?? The tissue resting underneath doesn't stay flat either, risking causing smudges on your nails. It's such a silly way to do things!!! There's nowhere to even rest your other hand once it's painted. I booked this thinking it would be an upmarket, no-stress, expensive but perfect finish treatment, but clearly I paid too much for rubbish.

It was a great massage and place, the only thing that ruined It for me was that they were playing usual radio in the background and my friend could hear them singing upstairs, so ruined the ambiance a bit!
