Terrible customer service. This place closes at 8:00pm and said they could take their last pedicure appointment at 7:30pm, which is what I booked. When my friend and I arrived they rushed me into a solo chair by the wall and put my feet in a bucket - like the one you use to mop the kitchen... There are no pedicure stations at all! The technician performed the pedicure out of this bucket with me having to put my foot uncomfortably in her lap as she quickly trimmed my nails. She had a terrible attitude and finished the treatment in 15 minutes (I paid for a 30-minute pedicure), of which only 30 seconds was spent on the "foot massage" part of the pedicure. I asked mid-way if I could also have an eyebrow wax and the lady literally rolled her eyes and muttered "yes" under her breath. The worst part was that the staff was turning the lights and music off before my friend and I had even paid for the service; it was painfully obvious that they couldn't get us out fast enough. Not to mention the incredible amount I paid for this terrible treatment. Will never be going back here again.

Very nice and friendly staff, nice atmosphere and clean premises. However when I had my manicure the lady left quite a large gap between my cuticles and the nail polish... Odd. As a result 2 days later my nails looked like I'd had them done for over a week. The way it was painted also meant I had to wait for eons for it to dry. I'll return though. They know how to treat customers.

Really lovely staff, and a good file and paint. Left to dry nails naturally which was a bit of a nuisance when trying to pay with wet nails, but staff are helpful - she got my purse out my bag for me!
