I think overall the experience was good. The lady who was doing my pedicure was really nice and friendly. My feet are soft now which was what I was looking for. I guess there was no cuticle removal. I do not remember if that was done that but I should also check if it was included in the treatment. My goal was to get rid of the hard skin as I mentioned and I am satisfied.

I liked this place so much because of those professional staffs. However I only see the one same staff the recent visits. She talks a lot about commission paying to treat well which I don't really care, and she never look close to where she need to do waxing. I don't feel professional anymore, the other staffs are so helpful and caring however this lady will be the reason why I never come back. Sorry.
