Lovely facial, my skin looks amazing 1 week later. Would have loved more extraction, but overall really good. Lovely face massage as well, made my day.

While the actual facial I had here was well done, the service was really poor. When I arrived all the therapists were doing manicures and no one approached me even though I was exactly on time for my appointment. Then it was as though they didn't know I was meant to be there and my therapist said that there were two people with the same first name as me booked for this time. They rushed me downstairs and onto a bed and told me to change and get under the sheet. There wasn't a modesty towel provided at all or anywhere to hang my coat. I was the last appointment of the day as I came after work and all the way through I felt as though the therapist was rushing which meant that I did not feel relaxed at all. This was made worse by the fact that there are only curtains that separate the treatment area, so during my "relaxing" facial, I could hear someone loudly having their legs waxed next to me. Pretty appalling and I wouldn't go back here.
