Staff are so friendly and remember you everytime you go in which is always nice! So great to have a one stop shop for all beauty needs- the place is lovely and I had LVL lash lift and spray tan both were great and good value for money

Not so satisfied with this waxing. The staff were great and friendly but the actual leg wax was pretty badly done and I had red bump spots for a whole month after my wax, ingrown hairs and missed hairs, all from a supposed professional. Wouldn't go back and I don't really recommended it.

I absolutely cannot fault the salon staff, the beautician or the facial itself. It was a very good facial, especially the for the price in central London and has given me good results, which is the main thing.
The only bad point was the treatment room, it was more of a curtained off area and it was hard to relax as you can hear other people talking and it doesn't feel very private.
