Lovely facial. The area they carry the treatment in is just curtained off so it is a bit noisey but other than that everything was great.

Loud, completely unrelaxed environment. No privacy and has to listen to other conversations beside me as there was only a sheet / screen separating us. Would never book again for anything requiring privacy or quiet

Despite being extremely understaffed, the two employees that helped me at Cucumba did a great job with my waxing and pedicure. My only criticism is that my appointment started at 6:45, but I was there until 8:30....the underarm wax was super quick, only taking about 10min...but the pedi was much longer than expected. Because it was so late when they finished and the venue was closing, my nails only had about 5 mins to dry. Obviously, I had not been wearing sandals around central London in early April...so I was forced to purchase a pair of flip flops to wear out. They were only £3.50, but a complete waste of money, as I will probably never wear them again. I would definitely book again, but might choose an earlier slot next time!
