Nails look brilliant and the staff were lovely but just a little disappointed with the pedicure as there was no soaking and I am still left with a bit of dry skin in places; just wasn't as luxurious as was expecting. Would go back though - salon and staff were lovely.

Pros: The range of products/techniques was good. Cons: Needed more focus on relaxation, gentle massage and pressure points. The ambience was disturbed by other members of staff. Areas only separated by curtain. Would have liked a little information during facial about what was being used.
