Overall I had a good experience at Cucumba; the staff were pleasant and accommodating, the treatment itself did the job. Considering it was my first experience of any sort of pedicure/treatment, I was a little like a fish out of water, to some extent I felt awkward and uncomfortable (e.g didn't realise it would require having my leg balanced over the therapist's knee), but maybe less awkward next time. I'd go again. The therapist was very good and I could feel the results after. It seemed a little rushed, but there was a lot in the package to fit in. The foot massage was pretty good, by the time it came to the other foot I could feel the benefit more. I'd go back again.
As always, great customer service and fantastic treatment. Always made to feel welcome!
Waxing was amazing! Almost painless! I'm very wary when i go to a new salon for intimate waxing but I will 100% be coming back here. My beautician was friendly and professional too. Express manicure was good, but I think next time I'll go for a full mani as express doesn't include cutting cuticles (just push back - but it did say this in description). Salon is lovely and very friendly an accommodating. Reasonable price for a central London salon. Will return in future.
Expected a foot spa / basin. Instead you are sat in a chair and a towel is put on floor and treatment begins. Expected a better experience considering the cost.
