My appointment was delayed 20 mins. the head massage was okay but not great, the therapist was a little clumsy, talked throughout and surprised me by smearing massage oil under my nose with no warning so I could smell it.

Got this appointment last minute as the place where I usually go had no appointments left. Despite the extremely high price I'd thought I give it a try.. I was greeted well and offered a drink however the treatment itself was really rushed. Lots of pain and lots of hair left - very annoying as I went on holidays the day after. Not great value for money!

I came for a gel nails manicure, she did it well and put a base coat on unlike other salons... It is a bit pricey but worth it !
