The therapist was lovely - very thorough, did a great job. Only comment is that the area downstairs isn't very clean - all the equipment was - but the towels on the bed smelled a bit and when you're lying on the bed you can see the dust that's collected and not been cleaned.

I didn't enjoy coming to this salon. Overpriced, I was ignored and threading was not thorough enough. I only realised this after I left. I Won't return.

When I think of Cucumba, it's for low cost pedicures. The Brazilian Wax base price was a bit high for the level of salon this is. The price starts at £37, but should really be around £30. Also quite high as I only ended up being there 10 mins, and up to 30 mins are allotted for that price.
And the room was quite dark so I was left with a lot of stray hairs. The esthetician was very nice though. No issues there.

Had a proper look when I got home and there were lots of missed hairs, WAY too thin on one side & was generally rushed (even though threader was 10 mins late - it happens). Nice people, just not a good job for premium price.
