I wanted this place to work out, but unfortunately it didn't. The estheticians seem to be overworked and running (literally) running around the salon while other members of the staff are chatting. I arrived for my appointment 15 early, so I waited in the lobby area for 15 minutes. 15 minutes turned into 35 minutes. My poor esthetician was franticly running around and profusely apologizing for the delay in schedule. I'm pretty positive she was overbooked because between my applications, she would run out of the curtained area and clean up the studio and work on other customers. This definitely showed in the quality of the lash perm. Rather than a smooth curve, my lashes are bent 90 degrees and quite uneven and crooked. Let's hope this settles in the next 24 hours. If you're going to do any type of service that requires you to lie down for an extended period of time (e.g. facial, LVL lashes, etc), just know that you'll be lying on a very stiff, uncomfortable bed.

This is the exact go-to place when you NEED a mani/pedi. Extremely relacing ambiance (because of the great atmosphere I even did my nails too even though I only booked a pedicure). The staff is just perfect. An my foot are soooo smooth right now!!! I would absolutely come back and recommend this place.
