Could not have been made to feel more comfortable for my first time having a spray tan! Tan didn't last as long as I expected, maybe 5 days, but the colour was great

Sadly I was very unimpressed with my manicure. I had booked the 30 minute appointment, it ended up taking 45 minutes which was unnecessary.
There are lots of air bubbles in the polish which looks messy. The edge of the polish next to the cuticle aren't straight. The polish is already chipping from the tips of my nails, it's not been sealed well enough.
After the first therapist had done the painting I was told to wait 5 mins then she'd be back to apply some quick dry drops. She came back a couple of minutes later and applied the drops, however instead of applying them in a way that spread out over the nail she left a droplet on the nail which then froze a circle of the polish leaving a mark. She went to serve another client so never returned leaving me sat there. Another therapist came to check if they were dry and noticed all these issues. She tried to solve them but it was done so badly there wasn't much she could do.
I doubt I will return.

I was quite unhappy with my treatment unfortunately. I had a quick fix pedi, when I showed up they started doing the wrong treatment on me and the area on my toes I asked the lady to focus on wasn' even touched.
