The lady doing the lash lift was lovely and made me feel very comfortable. However next to my room was a pool or something and all the time Water was running. As well as people chatting. Not so relaxing. The effect is almost not there and no one has commented since I have had it done. There seemed to be some complications about sticking the lashes to the pad. I would have preferred to be told it is not going to work out as planned. As I can barely see the curl and they don't seem longer.

Waxing was good but expensive, but the threading was slow, painful, and my eyebrows still needed plucking afterwards. Staff were very polite and accommodating.

I had to wait 15 minutes before my treatment which was annoying. The actual treatment was great but slightly overshadowed by the long wait.
