Friendly staff, quiet when I went in. Quite a quick treatment compared to allocated time, and fairly pricey but pleased with result.
I agree with previous reviews that you can't fully relax with people coming and going or talking really loudly and incessantly like one customer who unfortunately had her appointment around the same time as me - the curtain divisions are the main reason for ruining the ambience. You don't really want to hear about other people's lives whilst trying to relax! Other than that, my therapist Shanaz was very nice and welcoming - she made me feel comfortable and looked after me very well. The facial was lovely - my skin looked and felt fresh and smooth afterwards. Thank you again!
