The waxing here is always very good. Its quick, gets all the hairs and leaves me with minimal skin reaction. They understand you are coming on your lunch break so get you in and out fast without compromising on service. Everyone is very friendly and it's a nice atmosphere.

Really lovely therapist and a good massage, but the area I was given the massage in wasn't very private and my top was off so that felt slightly weird! But I'd go back.

I normally go here for all of my treatments, and would highly recommend Cucumba, especially for waxing. This visit I just had my eyebrows tinted and waxed, but my eyebrows were not evenly tinted and after the wax I still had some visible blonde roots. So it is safe to say that I am not particularly satisfied this time round and feel as though I have wasted my money.

I realised straight after booking my appointment that it was for the wrong time. There is no way of contacting Treatwell, to change an appointment within 24 hours. When I booked there were spaces throughout the day. I phoned Cucumba and booked a separate appointment the folllowing morning, willing to sacrifice the payment already made to Treatwell. Following my appointment at Cucumba, which was as usual excellent. Cucumba phoned to give me my money back to make up for the Treatwell missed appointment. I won't use Treatwell again. BUT CUCUMBA IS AMAZING . Thank you.
