Very honestly speaking, I am quite disappointed and will never go back. The whole experience was awful. First, I have waited for 40+ min despite arriving on time. terrible time management of the salon and they just want to get as many guests as possible. No quality control. Second, the lady was so distracted during the whole process. Eyelash extension needs extra preciseness and carefulness, yet she left like 2/3 times to handle other business during the process. So not professional. Third, she managed to get the glue into my eyes which caused me lots of pain and itchy eyes for a long time. I never had this issue in any other salon. Her attitude is really nice but I am sorry this is really not helping ..

The massage was very average, the therapist seemed reluctant to focus on the areas I requested.

A lot of bad reviews of this place on google but actually I found staff are nice and there’s nothing wrong with it at all. Only thing I would say is it’s very expensive for what you get - slightly budget facilities and the wax was done very slowly so more painful but girl was lovely and got the job done.

Loveliest staff and very welcoming atmosphere. I rarely have manicures, but I was surprised that I was asked to give input regarding filing the nails to be symmetrical and found one or two bald spots in the polish (very very tiny, but still). The polish colors were lovely and I was SO pleased with the metallic green/purple I chose. It was a strong manicure and lasted a few days, but I had hoped it would last longer before the polish chipped.
