Great place, will definitely go back. To be clear, I wasn’t looking for a place to spend the afternoon with friends and relax (although you may find this is a good spot for that) just a nice clean place for a massage. It was quiet and calm. Not much more you can ask for!
Lovely massage, lovely atmosphere and just a great experience in general. Exactly what I needed after a long Monday!
Really unfortunate as the last facial
I had here was amazing, apparently with a temp. The beauty therapist this time seemed quite inexperienced and a little unprofessional - didn’t seem to know what she was doing with extractions, had to be asked to take make up off, didn’t use enough moisturiser/make up remover so it was uncomfortable at points. I would have thought for a deluxe facial they would prioritise their most experienced staff but clearly not.
Also when mentioning to the front desk I had paid already she wanted to ‘check that’ and came across a little rude.
